From packaging that can be opened with limited dexterity, to websites compatible with screen readers, to shade ranges and applicators that consider different physical needs accessibility should be built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.
When brands overlook disabled users, they’re not just missing a moral responsibility they’re excluding a significant part of their audience. Disability is not niche; it’s a natural part of human diversity. And at some point in life, most people will experience some form of temporary or permanent disability. Inclusive design benefits everyone.
